Quiet honestly, I think that anyone should be allowed to copy anything. If people enjoy the other game more (which I doubt anyone would) then props to them for making a more entertaining game. Copyright and other such bullshit restrictions only work to slowdown the creative part of the industry, just look at the music industry, just the fact that you can’t sample freely gives the record-labelers-main-stream-bullshit monopoly on SOUNDS! LOL? Not that I support this sort of laughable copying.
